Job Description

Review and Calculate Consumer Sales Commissions & Sales Agents Incentive by aligning & coordinating with Sales Team, conduct validation of reports for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Generate commissionable or net revenue information by retrieving, consolidating and managing large data sets
Prepare and reconcile individual and/or team commission / incentive statements
Report revenue achieved versus target as well as commission/ incentive payments
Analyse calculations, commission payments, accruals, and historical information
