Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The IT Lecturer role involves teaching various modules preparing teaching materials assessing student performance.
- Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Requirements:
- Masters degree with 5 years experience OR PHD degree with 2 years experience OR any relevant foreign qualification.
- Must have some experience in curriculum development for TNE qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with prospective students families and internal stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive and supportive experience for prospective students.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using admission management systems databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the education sector admission procedures and enrolment processes is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Student Assessment:
- Design and grade assessments assignments and exams in a timely manner.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
