Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the vision for projects ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals.
Develop longterm plans for multiple projects or programs including setting objectives defining success metrics and aligning resources with strategic priorities.
Foster a positive team culture encourage collaboration and promote a sense of ownership among team members.Act as a mentor to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Provide guidance and support to team members and junior project managersmaintaining a focus on productivity and team cohesion.
Set clear performance expectations conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Communicate effectively with senior executives and other key stakeholders ensuring they are informed and engaged in project progress and decisions.
Ensure that projects adhere to organizational governance structures regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Make highlevel decisions on project direction resource allocation and risk management balancing immediate project needs with longterm organizational goals.
Drive innovation in project management practices and processes promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Cultural Leadership: Promote and model the organizational culture and values through your leadership style influencing team dynamics and organizational culture.
Take charge during crises providing decisive leadership to navigate through complex and highpressure situations.
Qualifications and Work Experience
University degree (MSc.) in Business Administration or Technology Certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner PMP professional IPMA minimum level B Scrum Agile)
35 years experience as Project Manager preferably managing complex large ICT projects
Proven history of successfully leading transformational projects specially creating work breakdown structure to plan and monitor project activities and risk management
Work experience in the IT telecommunication or healthcare sector
