Job Description
- Lead the deployment and configuration of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to meet client requirements.
- Customize and configure SailPoint to manage user access roles and policies effectively.
- Integrate SailPoint with existing IT infrastructure including applications databases and directories.
- Identity Governance and Administration:
- Design and implement rolebased access control (RBAC) and attributebased access control (ABAC) models within SailPoint.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning deprovisioning and access certifications.
- Develop and enforce identity governance policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze user access activities identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure the integrity of identity management processes.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls that align with organizational security policies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their identity governance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for identity and access management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on SailPoint usage and administration.
- Identify and resolve issues related to SailPoint implementation configuration and integration.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint solutions ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SailPoint configurations workflows and processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on identity governance activities including access reviews audit findings and compliance status.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SailPoint administration.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of handson experience in cybersecurity with a focus on identity and access management (IAM).
- Proven experience in implementing and managing SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC ABAC provisioning deprovisioning and access certifications.
- Proficiency in integrating SailPoint with various applications databases and directories.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer CISSP or CISM are a plus.
