Job Description
• Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all guests of all ages.
• Ensuring all customers are made aware of and promote the daily activities, and upcoming events taking place in the play area.
• Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities.
. Assist customers in purchasing tickets through various channels, including in-person, online, and over the phone.
. Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
