Roles and Responsibility

We are recruiting a Scenario Director to nurture and develop the scenario organization.
You will be responsible for proposing and leading organizational action plans to enhance the expertise of the scenariofocused organization which consists of approximately 10 members as well as leading the development and expansion of its members.
Furthermore you will oversee the direction of worldbuilding and scenario creation in digital game development operations within the department directing main writing and coordinating other writers to progress production as necessary.

We are recruiting individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Scenario Experience:
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a game scenario director (managing production schedules and giving revision instructions to multiple scenario writers).
- Experience in creating scenarios for multiple game titles.
- Experience in structuring stories and creating plots for largescale scenarios (with 30000 characters or more).
- Experience in nurturing scenario writers.
Digital Game Development Experience:
- Experience in creating scenarios for inhouse game development projects (not outsourced development) incorporating game content and requirements.
Preferred Requirements
- English here
- Experience in creating game specifications as a game development planner.
- Experience leading the production of the world view primarily in new game development.
- Experience in management positions (evaluating subordinates managing organizations etc.).
- Experience in driving action plans to foster the growth and development of the organization itself.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary revision: Once a year
