Specific Job Responsibilities
- Design creation using tools such as Figma CANVA Photoshop Illustrator etc.
- (Creating simple creative composition proposals)
- (Creative direction / Creating catchphrases)
Design Creation Targets
- D2C Brands: Product design for inhouse D2C brands
- Ecommerce Sites: Inhouse ecommerce sites / Amazon / Rakuten etc.
- Social Media: Instagram / X (Twitter) etc.
- LP/Advertisement banners
Appeal of this Position Environment with Young and Energetic Members in a Rapidly Growing Venture Company (Companys Average Age: 2829) We went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in March 2023 but it is still a venture company.
Among multiple businesses the world view that the EC/D2C business of the company aims for is very challenging and it is still in the startup phase.
To further accelerate the growth of the EC/D2C business we are also focusing on strengthening creativity. This position is for a web designer and graphic designer specializing in EC and D2C brands during this phase of organizational expansion.
Sharing the Sense of Achievement in Growing Brands The mission is to convey the brand concept and the attractiveness of products of supported brands or inhouse brands to consumers through creatives tailored to each channel in EC thereby encouraging consumer behavior.
It is also important to review and improve the feedback and effectiveness of the created creatives based on data.
Involvement in Brand Management Across a Wide Range of Industries You can be in charge of creative design for a wide range of products including general consumer goods food/beverages beauty and fashion.
Challenge to Career Advancement As a creative director it is possible to accumulate marketing knowhow to redefine the attractiveness of products and incorporate it into creatives to make them known to customers.
There are opportunities to play an active role in a wide range of areas such as communication design and copywriting from customer strategies.
