Job Summary:
We are currently seeking qualified caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing care to individuals in their homes as well as a compassionate and patient demeanor. As a caregiver with us you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily tasks providing companionship and ensuring their overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
Monitor and report any changes in clients physical or mental health
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Communicate effectively with clients their families and the Ignasio team
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of care provided
Qualifications:
Must be a qualified caregiver with a valid certification or diploma
Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient and understanding attitude
Reliable punctual and organized
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Contract Details:
This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive pay and benefits. The schedule will vary based on client needs but may include evenings weekends and holidays. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
