Role & Responsibilities
Leadership & Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of ERP and SCM solutions at client sites ensuring alignment with client business processes and requirements.
- Manage endtoend project delivery from solutioning to rollout ensuring timely and withinbudget completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans track progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet client expectations and business goals.
Client Engagement & Training:
- Deliver enduser training obtain necessary signoffs and ensure effective utilization of the software by the client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Project Management & Financials:
- Oversee project financials including profitability and collections ensuring that projects meet financial targets.
- Provide regular project updates internally and externally highlighting key milestones risks and issues.
PreSales & Proposal Development:
- Participate in presales activities including product demonstrations and assist in defining project scope and proposal development as needed.
Testing & Feedback:
- Conduct userreview sessions gather feedback and drive necessary refinements to ensure the solution meets client needs.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to client locations as necessary to oversee implementation and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
Education:
- B.Tech MCS BFT / MFT from Tier 1 institutes. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience (Mandatory):
- 3 years of experience in Management Consulting firms.
- 3 years of experience in implementing/delivering SCM solutions (e.g. SAP SCM Oracle SCM Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM etc.).
- Strong expertise in the Supply Chain / Logistics domain with handson project management and delivery experience for ERP solutions.
- Experience in leading projects within Management Consulting firms or B2B SaaS companies (e.g. Accenture Deloitte SAP Oracle).
Preferred:
- SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
