Job Description
Overview:
The Digital Testing role is critical to ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products. This role is responsible for conducting thorough testing processes to identify and resolve any issues ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute testing activities for digital products
- Create and maintain automated test scripts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and use cases
- Identify and report software defects
- Develop and implement testing strategies
- Conduct performance and load testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Debug and define corrective actions
- Ensure all testing activities are documented
- Manage test environments
- Provide feedback on user experience and functionality
- Stay updated on testing tools and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in digital testing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of performance testing and analysis
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Certifications in testing or quality assurance (e.g. ISTQB) are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools
- Experience with version control systems and build tools
