Job Description:
As a Web Automation Tester you will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test scripts for our web applications. You will work closely with the development team to identify and fix issues ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.
- Execute automated tests analyze results and report defects to the development team.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and test software functionality.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of the web applications.
- Participate in test planning test strategy development and design reviews.
- Maintain and enhance the test automation framework to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for automation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7 to 9 years of experience in web automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
- Handson experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing and test automation tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Additional Information:
- Location: Hyderabad (Mandatory round 2 facetoface interview at the Hyderabad office; no negotiations).
