About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store locations in Castle Hill.
As a Retail Assistant you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service assisting with product inquiries carrying out sales transactions and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a wellpresented store
- Processing and maintaining customer orders
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations
- Working well in a team environment and individually
- Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years fastmoving consumer goods)
- Computer literacy
- Enthusiastic highly motivated and a phenomenal teammate

Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and team efficiency. Comfortable with technology and computer literacy, essential for managing store operations and reporting. Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays, adapting to the needs of the store.
