Job Objective:
The Product Marketing Manager for the Business (Digital Banking Core Banking and Business Banking) will be instrumental in driving our market growth initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and executing our customer acquisition strategy leveraging digital (paid social SEO ASO PPC affiliates and display) and offline channels. Collaborating closely with Product CRM and Operations teams you will optimize new user conversions and ensure key customer success metrics are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own strategies for acquiring and retaining new and returning customers.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Define key metrics for growth (acquisition activation engagement) and focus on enhancing businesswide performance.
- Craft channel and segment strategies to drive compelling customer acquisition.
- Lead strategy sessions with a broader team to support acquisition goals
- Establish robust marketing operations to efficiently collaborate crossfunctionally to execute growth plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and optimize key growth metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Coordinate with external providers and stakeholders to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Amplify brand presence through innovative creative strategies and brand awareness initiatives in collaboration with other marketing team members.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Stay updated on new acquisition and retention opportunities integrating A/B testing strategies across channels.
- Mentor and coach team members scaling talent as needed to support business growth.
- Work closely with the CRM team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other teams (Product Risk Programs) to align internal operations with growth objectives.
- Provide weekly reporting on activities KPIs and budget management.
Requirements
Key Performance Indicator
- 5 years of proven experience in mobile marketing focusing on user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in blend of digital and traditional marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Adjust Adsense and Appsflyer.
- Familiarity with mobile app development and optimization practices.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills able to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing successful mobile marketing campaigns.
- Ability to innovate and explore new strategies in response to evolving mobile marketing trends and industry dynamics.
