Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Optimize productivity and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with educators and administration for requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain software and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and user training.
- Design and manage databases for school data integrity.
- Implement data backup and recovery processes.
- Assist in network infrastructure setup and maintenance.
- Participate in project planning and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field; certifications like CompTIA Cisco or Microsoft & IT tools.
