Job Description

Looking for a Procurement Officer to be based in Bahrain with experience in construction field.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and research qualified suppliers for goods & services.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms (price delivery payment).
  • Create & manage purchase orders outlining product details quantities & timelines.
  • Track inventory to ensure timely procurement and avoid stockouts.
  • Process invoices and payments according to agreedupon terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & external regulations.
  • Manage procurement risks (delays quality issues price fluctuations).
  • Collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs.

Requirements:

  • Preferably the candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Construction/Industrial Services.
  • Proficient in negotiation contract management tender preparation and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with local suppliers of construction and industrial materials and equipment in Bahrain.
