Job Description

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

Under the guidance of Stores and Warehousing Manager stock coordinator will have to manage over all store operations including material follow up inventory/ stock handling and coordination with internal client and purchase department.

Requirements

Must be a SAUDI national

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer demand.
  • Conduct monthly perpetual counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Receive unpack and organize merchandise shipments.
  • Track and record inventory movements using inventory management systems.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Use the existing system to record maintain and update inventories.


Store Operations

  • Responsible for overall store operations including loading unloading receiving (qty and quality of material) distributions and dispatching etc.
  • Provide various stock reports (from Nav.) to production on ad hoc basis.
  • Responsible for full inventory and performing monthly (internal) midyear and yearly stock counts together with the store team & finance.
  • Responsible for receiving and updating all delivery notes in ERP system.
  • Update monthly store analysis reports.
  • Stockrelated inventory posting in NAV on a timetotime basis.
  • Coordinate with IT and procurement teams on Nav.related issues.

Staff Management

  • Be a team player motivate the team and lead by example.
  • Coordinate with the team for daytoday work progress.
  • Handle team conflicts constructively and report any conflicts to the line manager immediately.
  • Coordinate with the purchase logistics team and internal clients for daytoday material followups.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and pointofsale (POS) systems.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office MS Word Excel Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy


General Obligations towards Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

  • Correct use of machinery appliances tools transport and all equipment issued by the company.
  • Correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company and ensure it complies with departmental employees.
  • Do not remove any safety devices from any machinery or installations.
  • Perform all tasks set forth by safety regulations and cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and conditions that do not pose any risks in terms of health and safety.
  • Follow the companys recycling process ensuring proper disposal of office consumables to help the environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 is an advantage.
