Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with all aspects of project management including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within the specified schedule and budget.
Skills in preparing and reviewing project schedules, estimating costs, and managing budgets.
Knowledge of project management practices and skills in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Ability to deal with challenges and manage project-related risks and provide effective solutions.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership skills to direct and motivate teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
