Job Description
Location: Hybrid Portugal Lisbon or Porto
Languages: English (Proficiency required)

Tasks
- Design and implement SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions to manage customer identities consent and profiles.
- Lead the integration of CIAM solutions across various platforms ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored CIAM solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies for data security privacy and compliance including GDPR CCPA and other relevant regulations.
- Provide expertise in Single SignOn (SSO) multifactor authentication (MFA) and access management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CIAM and data security.
- Offer guidance and support in navigating complex data privacy and protection frameworks.
- Document processes configurations and best practices to support ongoing operations and client education.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP with a strong focus on Customer Data Cloud and CIAM solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and integrating CIAM solutions with various applications and platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity management consent management and data privacy regulations such as GDPR CCPA or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in Single SignOn (SSO) multifactor authentication (MFA) and access management technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
