Our respected Client a leading European real estate investment development and management company is looking for a proactive Business Developer to join their dynamic team in Eastern Slovakia. The ideal candidate will drive tenant acquisition and support growth initiatives within the region leveraging market expertise and exceptional networking skills to achieve business objectives.
About Role:
The Business Developer is responsible for driving occupancy and growth within our clients portfolio in Eastern Slovakia. The role focuses on identifying and securing new tenants reducing vacancy rates and supporting the launch of new development projects. Success in this role relies on strong market knowledge exceptional networking skills and a proactive approach to business development.
Tasks
- Actively identify and secure tenants for the clients properties in Eastern Slovakia enhancing occupancy rates and driving revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations with both prospective and existing tenants coordinating with internal teams to finalize agreements that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts including real estate agents consultants state agencies and market players to continuously generate business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to tenants after contracts are signed ensuring a positive experience that encourages longterm retention and future business development.
- Represent the client at industry events trade fairs and local market forums to increase visibility and attract new tenants to the region.
- Manage and update the CRM system regularly maintaining accurate records of contacts client needs and transaction progress.
- Monitor regional market trends competitor activities and economic factors to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales ideally within real estate or related sectors.
- Deep understanding of the local market including demand competition and current trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proactive driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with leasing processes tenant engagement and contract management.
