Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with the fundamentals of business analysis including data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
Ability to use analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Skills in developing analytical strategies and providing data-driven insights to support decision making.
Knowledge of modern practices and concepts in business analysis and developing analytical models.
Ability to manage analysis projects and coordinate different teams to ensure analysis objectives are achieved.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and manage teams effectively.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure analysis projects are executed within specified timelines.
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders to clarify and analyze findings and make recommendations.
