We are seeking a dedicated and skilled G card holder to join our vibrant team in the Transport and Logistics sector. This fulltime position is based in Mumbai Suburban Maharashtra and requires an individual who possesses a strong understanding of business and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will support our customer operations team ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and contributing to the growth of our freight services. The role demands effective communication and the ability to build rapport with customs and various stakeholders within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend coordination with customs for all freight operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on market trends to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 37 years experience in a customer operations role within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Possession of a valid G card is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and customs.
  • Proficient understanding of business operations and market dynamics within the logistics sector.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
