Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our training team in Nokomis Florida. In this fulltime position you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support our legal training programs. Your insights will help improve our services and enhance the effectiveness of our educational initiatives. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in data analysis excellent problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collect process and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns relevant to our legal training programs.
- Create and maintain databases to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop metrics to assess the efficacy of training materials and programs.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to datadriven recommendations.
- Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Assist in the training of staff on datarelated processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with a strong understanding of database management.
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data handling.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in a legal or training environment is a plus but not required.
