Responsibilities

• Collect process and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns relevant to our legal training programs.
• Create and maintain databases to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop metrics to assess the efficacy of training materials and programs.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to datadriven recommendations.
• Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Assist in the training of staff on datarelated processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with a strong understanding of database management.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data handling.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in a legal or training environment is a plus but not required.
