Job Description
Skill: SAP ABAP Developer
Experience 5 plus yrs

Roles and Responsiblities:
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing objects from scratch in SAP ABAP.
• Should be proficient in ABAP 7.4 / 7.5 concepts
• Should have strong handson knowledge in ABAP technologies like Object Oriented Programming Reporting Interface programming Enhancements ALE/IDOC BDC Adobe Form Smart Form Dialog programming Web Dynpro Web UI Workflow SAP Upgrade and Data Conversions
• Should have basic concepts of Fiori UI5 OData ABAP on HANA CDS View AMDP IDA class
• Should be proficient in Performance Tuning
• Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements.
• Should be able to independently design develop test and support the existing and new applications.
• Perform Code Review
• Ability to coordinate and interact with multiple teams
• Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
• Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test scripts
• Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
• May lead and coordinate the work of a small development team
• Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills) demonstrate excellent problem solving critical thinking skills as well as leadership skills
• Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills
• Functional knowledge in FICO SD HCM CRM be an added advantage
