HR Generalist

Job Title : HR Generalist

Contract: 4.5 months (mid of September 2024end of January 2025)

Work Location: San Jose CA 95134 (onsite)

Working hour: 09:00 18:00

Job Function/Description:

• assist in recruiting and staffing logistics;
• employee orientation development and training logistics and recordkeeping;
• employee relations and counseling
• employee communication
• benefits administration and recordkeeping;
• employee safety welfare wellness and health reporting; and employee services;
• Provide accurate and timely HR information to clients employees and management of the company.
• Assist with the implementation of services policies and programs and assist company managers with HR issues;
• Responsible for offboarding process
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Generate monthly expenses;
• HRrelated reporting from HRIS.
• Submit any invoices to be sent for payment on time

Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Reporting writing experience a plus
