Job Description
Job Title: Netsuite Supply Chain SME
Job Location: 100% Remote
Interview: Virtual
Job Duration: Long Term Contract
MustHave Requirements:
- Over 5 years of IT experience supporting Supply Chain operations in the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industries.
- 5 years of handson experience with NetSuite specifically in Inventory Management Supply/Demand Planning and Procure to Pay processes.
- A minimum of 3 years supporting the FUUZ system.
- Strong Project Management and Business Analyst skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technofunctional expertise for the implementation and support of NetSuite and FUUZ Supply Chain systems.
- Oversee Change and Release Management to ensure systems remain in a compliant state.
- Collaborate with business teams to define detailed user requirements conduct gap analysis and develop test scripts.
- Educate business users and vendors on IT Change Control and SDLC processes ensuring compliance.
- Act as a liaison between endusers and thirdparty vendors.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously seek improvements by staying updated on new system functionalities.
- Manage system users roles and permissions within NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Monitor and maintain system integrations to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform basic System Administration tasks for integrated Supply Chain systems (e.g. user management job monitoring).
- Lead and manage projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders vendors and implementation partners.
NicetoHave Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning using SAP IBP is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with TraceLink is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey information about multiple IT systems.
- Strong ability to work within a crossfunctional team in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
