Job Description
- Support the implementation of effective procurement techniques such as advanced planning, group-buying and negotiated pricing in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure effective planning, compilation, implementation, fulfilment and control of the Technology Operations departments’ procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the technical tendering process across Technology Operations departments in close coordination with the functional owners and the Mobily-level Procurement Department.
- Create and implement plans and coordinate initiatives, activities and work efforts across Technology Operations departments in order to achieve cost-effective, smooth and rationalised procurement and contacting processes.
