Job Description
Location: Aurora IL
Hours Per Week: FullTime
Setting: SchoolBased
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking a fulltime Special Education Teacher for the current academic school year. This position offers guaranteed fulltime hours until the end of the school year with the potential for renewal based on performance. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs in a selfcontained classroom setting. We are seeking a candidate who can collaborate effectively with parents caregivers and fellow staff members to develop comprehensive educational plans that address students unique needs and challenges. Additionally the Special Education Teacher will be required to attend professional development sessions provided by the school district.
Requirements
- ESE K12 Certification.
- Bachelors Degree in Special Education or related degree.
- Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities.
