While working under the area Manager of Crystal Clean contracts you will ensure agreed upon services are being completed and employees are meeting targets and providing quality work.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients responsible for managing the front desk operations handling communication and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
As a receptionist you will be responsible for answering phones and administrating VOIP phone systems responding to and distributing emails scheduling and data entry for inventory customer data etc.
The schedule is Monday Friday from. This is an inperson position located at our office is in Fredericton NB.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency data entry and able to work in different computerbased programs.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with a custoemroriented approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problemsolving skills and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of office equipment.
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
