Job Description

Overview:

As a Remote Scheduling Coordinator you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating scheduling activities for clients suppliers and internal teams. This flexible remote position allows you to work with clients and suppliers across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include conducting research creating schedules presenting quotes to clients and maintaining effective communication with suppliers via email and other channels. This independent contractor role is commissionbased.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research:

    • Gather necessary information for scheduling and coordination including resource availability pricing and scheduling constraints.

  • Planning:

    • Develop schedules and plans that meet client needs and expectations considering time zones resource availability and other factors.

  • Client Interaction:

    • Communicate directly with clients to understand their scheduling preferences provide quotes and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Supplier Relations:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers negotiate terms coordinate services and ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Email Communication:

    • Use email as the primary communication tool to facilitate scheduling share updates and resolve any issues.

  • Training:

    • Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by the company to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia.

  • Access to a stable WiFi connection a smartphone or a computer.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
