Job Description
OPEN POSITION: Associate Legal (IT Solutions Company)
An IT Solution Company is currently hiring an Associate legal to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holder of Bachelor s Degree in Law or any related field with more than 2 years working experience.
- Responsible in legal process in variety of agreements mostly IT such as cloud agreements software licenses and etc.
- Answering legal questions in tender replies.
- Help the APAC region develop implement review and amend training procedures as needed.
- Assists in all aspects of property conveyancing and probate and common law practice.
- Capable of working independently on issues governed by Malaysian law.
- Having an experience in IT or dealing with financial service sector companies will be an advantage.
- Possess hands on experience in communicating with nonlegal personnel providing them solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and also handling stressful situations.
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
