The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential customers in designated communities to generate interest in our fiber internet services. This role involves direct facetoface interaction with residents through doortodoor outreach requiring strong communication skills and a customercentric approach. The Lead Generation Specialist will report to a team leader and play a crucial role in creating leads for our internal sales team to convert.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
DoortoDoor outreach: Engage with residents in assigned communities to introduce and generate interest in our fiber internet services clearly communicating the benefits and features.
Targeted coverage: Follow designated routes to maximize community outreach and identify potential customers.
Customer education: Provide valuable information about the advantages of fiber internet addressing any questions or concerns from potential customers.
Lead reporting: Accurately report and document potential customer details feedback and market insights after each shift.
Flexible working hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
Positive impressions: Build positive relationships with potential customers leaving a favorable impression of our company.
The Lead Generation Specialist will report to a designated Team Leader receiving guidance support and performance feedback.
