Driver Rwanda

• Drive CIFORICRAF staff and authorized personnel to designated areas
  
• Transport project materials and supplies to various destinations
  
• Maintain the vehicle in a good condition
  
• Do regular preventive maintenance and minor repairs where possible.
  
• Notify the Country Representative and Finance &Admin Officer of any major vehicle repairs
  
• Ensure that all required documentation for administrative use such as mileage fuel usage are always kept up to date in the prescribed manner.
  
• Prepare monthly mileage and fuel reports
  
• Ensure that all legal institutional and municipal requirements and dues are paid on good time and/or regularly renewed.
  
• Any other official duty that may be assigned.
  

Requirements

• Valid Rwandan driver s license category B with a clean driving record.
  
• Proven experience as a driver preferably with an international organization.
  
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repair skills.
  
• Strong timemanagement skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda; knowledge of English and French is an added advantage.
