Our portfolio of programmes empowers learners to grow adapt and develop their careers in our fastchanging world.We are looking for a graduate intern to join our Key Account Management team and develop their skills in the corporate education space. This is a 6month internship with the potential opportunity of permanent employment should the internship period be successful.
Responsibilities
- The Graduate Interns will support the Key Account Managers by:
- Handling daytoday administrative tasks
- Reporting on learner status and closing reports
- Prepare monthly status reports on each client
- Manage student enrollments
- Manage retention campaigns
- Complete adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
- Learn how to navigate a CRM system
- Assist key account managers through the sales lifecycle
- Assist key account managers in building learning solutions for clients

- Work from the office in Cape Town 23 days a week (or as required)
