Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties

The consultant is tasked with the following detailed deliverables:

1. Document on the Importance of the GPAI Summit and Serbias Achievements in AI:

Prepare a document explaining the significance of the GPAI summit for Serbia and the global AI community.

Provide a detailed presentation of Serbias achievements in the field of artificial intelligence highlighting key projects research and initiatives.

Include statements from key stakeholders and experts in AI within Serbia to support the narrative.

2. Preliminary Schedule and Budget for the GPAI Summit:

Facilitate the development of a preliminary event schedule that outlines all activities timelines and key contact points.

Support the development of the budget for various aspects of the summit including venue technical support transportation accommodation catering and promotion.

Identify potential sponsors and partners to assist with the financing and logistics of the event.

Ensure the preliminary schedule aligns with the protocol requirements for events at the Palace of Serbia.

3. Final Program and Report of the Completed GPAI Summit:

Facilitate the creation of the final event program detailing specific timelines and activities.

Prepare a comprehensive report on the completed summit including an analysis of achieved results participant feedback and an evaluation of the events success.

Document media activities and reporting during the summit to provide a thorough record of the events public and media engagement

Essential Skills

The Consultant selected to undertake the assignment must fulfil the following minimal requirements:

Education:

Master s degree in mechanical engineering physics computer science artificial intelligence or related field.

Work experience:

10 years of combined experience in research and project coordination within a STEM field.

Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Serbian public administration and government.

Language:

Excellent English and Serbian language speaking and writing skills.

Have you been arrested indicted or summoned into court as a defendant in a criminal proceeding or convicted fined or imprisoned for the violation of any law (excluding minor traffic violations) If yes give full particulars of each case in an attached statement.

Statement of Health

The selected contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance coverage as stated in the Statement of Health herewith attached prior to contract signature.
