Job Description
The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and or similar establishment. He is in charge of managing the staff, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the establishment.
Some of the key responsibilities of a BAR Manager include creating a variety of cocktails/mocktails, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring the performance of the staff, and handling any customer complaints or issues that arise. They must also ensure that the bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and other items.
