Registered Nurse

Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards within the designated scope of practice.

Full time and onsite position

Location: Mayfield KY

Education Requirements:

• Required: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (must be obtained within 40 days of employment).

Licenses:

• Must possess an active RN license for the state of Kentucky or be eligible to work under a compact state license.
• Recent New Graduates: Candidates with a provisional KY RN license are acceptable

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute patient care plans including medication administration specimen collection and necessary clinical interventions.
• Accurately document and communicate the care provided and update relevant stakeholders on patient progress and status.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility nutrition and elimination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care including discharge transfers and referrals while addressing the emotional spiritual and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Assess and address the educational needs of patients and their families delivering relevant guidance tailored to their specific conditions cultural background and circumstances.
• Act as a patient advocate supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the care process.
