• Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Global responsibilities and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Milwaukee WI with remote options (EST or CST required).
• 510 years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and training lifecycle.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development
• software such as Articulate Storyline Rise and Captivate.
• Knowledge of Oracle CPQ Fusion and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams (SMES IT L&D OCM) to design training solutions.

Remote ERP Training Consultant duties:

• Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion knowledge to business processes.
• Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions.
• Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use.
