Job Title: Sr. B2B Growth Strategist
Who You Are: You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience in B2B marketing and sales especially within the U.S. market. You excel at demand generation CRM optimization and building techenabled solutions that deliver outstanding results.
The Opportunity: As a Senior B2B Growth Specialist youll lead demand generation and CRM strategy for our most strategic client engagements. Additionally they are responsible for building systems and processes to improve our profitability our service and technology delivery mechanism and our client satisfaction.
Who We Are: RevOps Shop helps revenue leaders at fastgrowing companies manage their numbers instead of their tech stacks. We provide RevOps as a Service HubSpot CRM Implementation Sales Stack Builder Marketing Automation CRM TuneUp and Email as a Service (EaaS). We focus on delivering highquality customized solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements for our Chief Growth Officer HubSpot Onboarding and Openr clients. A mix of techenabled services data and software.
- Lead client engagements using your B2B marketing and sales experience to help clients reach their stated goals.
- Build and develop complex solutions on HubSpot while training client teams on how to use them.
- Recommend and build tech powered solutions to help us optimize the delivery of our service offering.
- Help develop universal processes that we can replicate across clients for database development contact company enrichment workflows and reporting.
- Build templates and apps for onboarding customer success billing and business operations at RevOps Shop.
Requirements:
- C2 Level English proficiency
- 5 years of experience in demand generation with U.S. B2B tech companies.
- 5 years of experience working with CRM systems particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (You know how to write cold emails and you know how to keep clients in the loop about their progress.)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. (Youve been a killer CSM/onboarding rep and your customers love you.)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills. (We expect the best from ourselves and our clients you need to always be elevating that standard.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. (Scheduling meetings providing updates making sure that communications are delivered ahead of time and with the right tone makes a huge difference.)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. (You can miss a few deadlines but we pride ourselves on over delivering.)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. (People have messy data and poorly defined processes you will help them fix it.)
- Deep strategic and technical understanding of HubSpot Salesforce GSuite email CMS tools and other software/tech that can help our clients scale beyond their wildest dreams.

Compensation/Perks
- Salary: $3000 $4000 USD per month base salary.
- $10000 $20000 a year in bonuses depending on personal/company performance.
