Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our exceptional team. If you possess excellent problemsolving skills and a strong commitment to quality we want to hear from you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Quality department goals aligning with project schedules and contract requirements.
- Interpret blueprints drawings and military specifications to ensure compliance with government and customer contract standards.
- Support the resolution of NonConformance reports (NCs) by verifying that corrective actions have been effectively implemented.
- Participate in and support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities within the Quality Department.
- Assist in creating and delivering training programs as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to departmental and company procedures as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related technical field and 0 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles; or
- Associates degree in a related technical field and 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or similar responsibilities.
- Broad knowledge of quality assurance engineering electrical or mechanical engineering or applied sciences.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
- Teamoriented with a positive attitude and a strong dedication to excellence.
