Overview:
Join the hightech industry in Barcelona as a Germanspeaking Lead Generator. This role focuses on enhancing customer data and driving sales opportunities by supporting lead generation efforts improving data quality and working closely with marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work on prioritized accounts to improve segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC.
- Follow up on events and online demand generation activities to qualify and deliver quality leads to sales.
- Support lead generation through local promotional offers such as stock clearance promos bundle offers and new product launches.
- Profile and enhance customer contact details to improve data accuracy.
- Transform unqualified leads into qualified or at least profiled leads.
- Collaborate with country marketing teams to support postlead generation activities like updating customer contact details.
- Participate in telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities for ISRs/telesales.
- Qualify leads via phone and online chat.
- Hand over qualified leads to telesales and sales teams for further followup and opportunity development.
