Panta Rhea Foundation founded in 2001 as a progressive family foundation supports grassroots social movements who are building power and regenerating nature so that our planet and people can flourish across generations. Our approach reflects a deepening focus on the dynamic intersectional efforts of communities across the Americas and Caribbean primarily Afrodescendant and Indigenous peoples.
We approach our work as collaborators with grantee partners fellow funders and donors acting in global solidarity with movements for collective liberation. We strive to be a supportive nonextractive resource hub offering streamlined proposal processes and reporting requirements and our direct engagement as allies in the work as a proxy to formal reporting to lift the burden on our partners.

The Panta Rhea Foundation is seeking a creative strategic and adaptive leader who will provide key project management coordination and administration across our partners allies staff and board in the Caribbean and Americas.
The Regional Partnership Manager will bring a balance of keen attention to administrative and operational detail while holding our larger picture programmatic strategies and values relevant to the care and attention we dedicate to our partner relationships. While discerning priorities across the teams and coordinating communications agendas and other administrative tasks the Program Manager will bring creative and entrepreneurial approaches key to the effective and careful delivery of our programs to further Panta Rheas mission and vision. In close collaboration with a small virtual staff team the Program Manager will thrive in a dynamic global context facilitating the care and diligence needed to continue our valuesdriven grantmaking and partner engagement across the region including speaking and writing professionally in English Spanish and/or other regional languages to easily communicate and engage our community and funder partners across the region.

Administrative Grants and Information Management (45%)
Support staff team in administrative and grants management activities including information collection document translation tracking & documentation and other related activities.
Offer improvements to institutional needs including administrative and program systems to better manage and track information planning and grants.
Analyze and write reports to support learning evaluation and planning.
Research and manage knowledge collection on Panta Rheas intersectional priorities and those of our partners.
Support learning and evaluation data collection analysis and reporting
Grantee Project & Relationship Management (40%)
Coordinate multifaceted implementation strategy grantee relationship management processes and administrative support.
Support staff members to deepen partner relationships and scope new learning opportunities that help grow relationships and provide grantmaking recommendations.
Manage and track partner communications allowing timely detailed responsiveness on email and other communication.
Coordinate virtual and inperson meetings and site visits that help develop partner relationships manage and track grants and deepen institutional learning.
Research and provide due diligence during partnership development ongoing grants management board reporting and other institutional partner documentation.
Stay abreast of news processes policy and trends across relevant key issues and partners across the Caribbean and Americas and globally as relevant.
Communications Meeting & Planning Support (15%)
Collaborate in orgwide meetings and activities including staff and board meetings retreats training planning and strategy sessions with scheduling travel planning agenda setting and logistics management.
Create and design written communications and presentations for internal and external audiences including the Board of Trustees grantee partners funder colleagues and others that includes background research data analysis and contextual background on our and our partners work.
Coordinate external communications efforts across the team including supporting the scheduling of writing editing and designing content for presentations and digital media platforms.
Manage and otherwise contribute to meeting planning site visits and other virtual and inperson events.
Education
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as social sciences international relations public administration or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in project management nonprofit management or related areas are a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 57 years of experience in project management preferably within grantmaking or nonprofit organizations.
Experience with and deep knowledge of movement organizing food sovereignty climate social and economic justice issues in the Caribbean and Americas
Experience and clarity navigating around issues of power privilege class and wealth to support the broad spectrum of engagement of organizations supporting grassroots movements and also HNW donors that support them.
Proven experience managing multiple projects communications meetings deadlines and presentations in a grantmaking entity preferred but open to other types of relevant project management experience.
Demonstrated service orientation and commitment to creatively organize and drive resources resources that make our partners work more impactful and their lives more easeful;
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required and proficiency in additional language(s) spoken in the Caribbean and Americas is an additional asset

Demonstrated commitment to justice in all its intersectional forms including gender racial economic environmental and social justice and beyond while centering joy and a sense of humor.
Strong verbal written & digital communications and design abilities including external and internal audiences through multiple digital presentations and communication platforms.
With an entrepreneurial spirit selfstarter and adaptability this individual will be empowered to manage multiple projects and create or evolve our systems through collaborative detailoriented and highly organized approaches.
Engagement and curiosity across a variety of modalities for catalyzing social movements: activists artists social innovators musicians public servants and creative coconspirators of all kinds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills yet strategic and open to experimentation and adaptable to emergent circumstances.
Impeccable people skills in culturally diverse settings including the ability to build and maintain diverse relationships and have discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
Comfortable and confident working independently and remotely with a highly collaborative team and able to travel domestically or internationally for inperson meetings 23 times a year.
Strong preference for the Program Manager with strong ties to the Caribbean and Americas and based part or fulltime in the region where there is greater proximity to Panta Rheas partners.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for inperson meetings and site visits as required (23 times per year).
