Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wecheer you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth through outbound sales activities. Your primary focus will be on identifying and reaching out to decisionmakers at large FMCG brands including senior CLevel executives. We are looking for a resilient and consistent individual who has experience in outbound sales and is techsavvy. The contract is fulltime but on a 100% freelance basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including phone calls emails and social media outreach to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Consistently hit sales targets and KPIs and provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets.
  • Handle rejection positively and professionally and turn them into learning opportunities to improve your sales approach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives to further the sales process.
  • Research and analyze potential clients to understand their business needs pain points and decisionmaking processes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the companys CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities improve sales strategies and optimize the sales process.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our product and service offerings as well as our target client personas.

Qualifications/Expectations

  • Experience in B2B enterprise outbound sales preferably in the FMCG or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with potential customers via email phone and social media.
  • Techsavvy: familiar with sales tools and technologies such as CRM systems (Hubspot) sales automation software (LemList Apollo ChatGPT etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsdriven with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluent in English.
