Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars appointments and emails for executives or team members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and file management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone email or chat
- Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
- Coordinate meetings and virtual conferences
- Manage social media accounts or assist with content creation (if required)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other remote work tools (e.g. Google Workspace Zoom Trello)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media management or digital marketing is a plus
