Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly professional attitude
- Manage a busy switchboard answering and directing phone calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail couriers and deliveries
- Schedule appointments meetings and maintain calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing scanning and data entry
- Provide support to different departments as required
Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification (required)
- Administrative certification or relevant support experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customeroriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage pressure effectively
