Project:
You will be supporting customers of an American multinational technology company that specializes in business communications particularly unified communications (UC) contact centers (CC) and related services.
Responsibilities:
- Process support requests;
- Analyze system logs;
- Remote troubleshooting;
- Consistently achieve client KPIs;
- Utilize and actively participate in the improvement in the existing client Knowledge Database;
- Provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
