Overview
As a Python Developer Intern you will play a crucial role in assisting with the design development and maintenance of Pythonbased applications. Your contribution will directly impact the performance and functionality of our software products making this role an essential part of our organizations success. This internship offers an opportunity to gain handson experience in Python development and to work alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining Python applications
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements
- Write efficient testable and reusable code
- Conduct code reviews and debugging
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Perform software analysis testing and debugging
- Contribute to technical documentation and user manuals
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software
Required qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with Python programming language
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Familiarity with unit testing and debugging
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Prior internship or project experience in Python development is a plus
