Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and interpreting data for various projects and initiatives.
- Perform data cleaning transformation and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain databases to store and manage large datasets.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings and insights.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations within the data.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on datadriven insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality standards and best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and platforms.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance data analysis skills.
- Adhere to data governance and security policies to ensure data integrity and privacy.
- Assist in documenting data analysis processes and methodologies for future reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics.
- Assist in adhoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and querying.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques for data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work with large datasets and databases.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is advantageous.
- Understanding of data governance privacy and security principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities in data analytics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
