Job Description:

Unionsys is looking for a Taleo Senior Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Taleo Recruitment Onboarding and Offboarding implementation along with good communication skills and experience in endtoend implementations.

Primary Skills Required:

Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing Taleo Recruitment Onboarding and Offboarding modules.

At least 4 fullcycle implementation experiences as a Functional Consultant.

Proven track record of delivering Taleo HCM solutions including extensive experience in business process analysis requirement definition and solution design.

Handson experience with modules like Taleo Recruitment Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding.

Strong understanding of AIM/OUM processes phases and related documentation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of Fusion Core HR.

Experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules is an added advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) or Post Graduation.

MBA in HR domain preferred.

Other Requirements:

Must be ready to join within 30 days.

The budget for this role will depend on the experience and seniority of the candidate.
