A concise glimpse into the role
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Channel Task Assistant to support our team with lead generation CRM updates and partner list building. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our partner network and maintaining our CRM systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone proficient in LinkedIn and interested in gaining exposure to essential business tools and international clients.
Your time will be invested in
Partner List Update in Excel:
- Research and update details for Salesforce NetSuite Amazon Partners from North America.
- List building for Dreamforce 24 GITEX Directions 4 Partners.
- Maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets with precise and current data.
Partner s contact details mining:
- Searching out details about Partner s contact persons and data mining about his Likes profession LinkedIn groups emails etc.
- Ensure all partner information is uptodate and comprehensive.
CRM Partner Details Update:
- Update and maintain accurate partner details in the CRM system.
- Ensure all partner information is uptodate and comprehensive.
Salesforce Amazon & Netsuite Partners List Building:
- Identify and compile a list of 100 partner accounts each.
- Ensure each account includes at least 2 contact details.
Learn Tools and Technologies:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced lead searches relationship management and networking.
- Apollo:
- Use Apollo to identify potential partners gather company insights and automate email outreach campaigns.
- RocketReach:
- Utilize RocketReach to find verified contact information including emails phone numbers and gather accurate contact details for key decisionmakers in targeted companies.
- Dynamics CRM:
- Use Dynamics CRM to manage and update partner information by maintaining a centralized database of partner interactions and details.
Regional Exposure:
- Engage with clients and partners across Europe the UK and Canada.
- Gain an understanding of diverse business practices and requirements from different regions.

- Keen interest in the B2B SaaS domain and willingness to learn
- Knowledge about target audience and persona building
- Knowledge of database creation and management
