Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods and services throughout the F&B retail operations in Jakarta. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution with the goal of maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to secure highquality ingredients materials and equipment at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Inventory Management:
  • Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop forecasting models to accurately predict demand for products.
  • Monitor inventory turnover rates and adjust purchasing accordingly.
• Logistics:
  • Oversee the transportation and distribution of products to retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Supply Chain Planning:
  • Develop and execute supply chain plans that align with business objectives.
